The problem
Skyway Vending is a nightlife vending company I founded and run across Buffalo and Hamburg. Running machines inside partner bars means knowing what is in every machine, which products and locations are performing, and what each bar is owed under its revenue-share rate. I built the operations platform to answer all of it in one place.
What was built
- 01Built a custom admin dashboard for internal operations: real-time inventory, run-rate analysis by SKU, location performance, automated reorder triggers, and financial reporting.
- 02Built a partner portal for bar owners: a clean login showing raw revenue, payout based on the revenue-share rate set at onboarding, and location-level performance.
- 03Revenue-share logic is fully automated. Once the rate is set, every payout is calculated and surfaced with no manual work.
- 04End-to-end visibility from machine inventory to partner payout in a single system.
The result
2 cities
Buffalo and Hamburg, one system
Every payout is calculated automatically, and ownership sees the whole operation, from inventory to partner cut, on one dashboard.
